Will my jewelry really be permanent?
Our chains are durable and made of quality materials. They are made to last, however, if you choose to remove your jewelry, the jump rings can be easily cut and snipped and re-bonded later.
Does it hurt?
Nope, not at all! It’s a simple weld spark and does not penetrate the skin.
Can I attend a pop-up without an appointment?
Yes! Some events will not require an appointment and customers are bonded on a first come first serve basis. For events requiring an appointment, ensuring you have a spot and don’t have a long wait is strongly recommended.

Do you do private events?
Yes, booking events, parties, and pop-ups at the location of your choice is our specialty. Please get in touch with us to book an event or if you have questions. Click below.
What about airport security?
You won’t be asked to remove fine jewelry when going through security.
What if it breaks?
We will replace your chain if it breaks within three months of purchase. (See our chain policy).
Can I get permanent jewelry for my child?
Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present or sign a waiver.
