Hi, I’m Jordan, owner of Ball + Chained, Montana’s first mobile Permanent Bonded Jewelry service.
Whatever you’re celebrating, our goal is to provide a one-of-a-kind experience and jewelry that will last. We take pride in our product and want those who wear it to be equally proud of it.
WHAT IS PERMANENT JEWELRY?
This type of jewelry takes the form of dainty bracelets, necklaces, anklets, or finger rings. There is no clasp on permanent jewelry, it can be worn every day without the hassle of removing it. We weld our custom-fit jewelry quickly and painlessly using a tiny spot weld and a jump ring. In addition to looking seamless and being easy to wear, the jewelry also stays on for as long as you choose.

Our chains
First, you select your favorite chain. Next, we custom-fit your wrist, ankle, neck, or finger. You can choose a charm or go charmless, then get bonded! It’s fast, easy, and permanent unless you want or need to remove it. You’ll receive cleaning instructions and a cleaning cloth with your new favorite accessory.
We offer a variety of chain styles. No matter how light or bold you like your jewelry, our chains are sure to elevate your look or enhance your style. We strive to only partner with jewelry production companies that share our commitment to quality. Each chain is crafted from high-quality material and is backed by a warranty that covers any defects in material or workmanship (see Our Policies for details).
Because everyone is unique, all prices vary per inch. The type of metal, chain, and length determine the price, with prices starting at $11 per inch and going up to $37 per inch. In addition to solid gold, gold-filled sterling silver, and rose gold, we also offer ten different styles and many charms.
Our team is always working on scheduling more pop-up events. Keep an eye out for our upcoming pop-up events on Instagram @ballandchained. It is not necessary to make an appointment for all pop-ups, but it is recommended to avoid a long wait for events that require an appointment. Each event’s booking opens 7 days before the event. We schedule 15/20-minute appointments for one person per appointment. A group with more than one person will need to schedule separate appointments back-to-back.
Because your piece is personalized, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom-fit jewelry. If your chain breaks within three months of purchase, we will reattach it once. Any additional reattachments will be charged at $10 each. In the case of heavy damage (stretched out, multiple breaks), lost or beyond repair, you may incur additional costs or will have to purchase a replacement chain. Treat a loved one or friend to a one-of-a-kind Permanent Bonded Jewelry experience!
Your recipient will receive a Ball+Chained digital gift certificate by email along with a note from you. The gift certificate can also be emailed to you so you can hand deliver it! Next, your recipient will follow our spark on Instagram @ballandchained to find our next pop-up. Our team will assist the recipient in selecting chains and charms based on the printout or digital gift certificate when they visit one of our pop-ups.
